As the subject title suggest I really like this song. For some reason it's the "Even through the bleackest of days" line that I love the most.
Epecially the one at the end while it's revealing just how big Suou's gun actually is :3

I think I may go hunting for the full version....

Oh wait it's not been released yet. Meh!
Guess I'll just have to make do with PV rips for the moment.

Well I just completed Kingdom Hearts 358/2.
I must say the final part of the game more than made up for the bum fluff that I had to endure to get to it.
Duel wielding keyblades in the rain while fighting Riku. One word everybody, EPIC!

Oh and to put things into perspective, my final play time was 20 hour and 23 minutes and the best part of the game was the last 30 minutes.

Hmm....guess I'd better go back and try and compete Layton...
and quietly await the release of:

Anime First Impressions!

Kampher

The Opening
Meh. Didn't really like the song nor did the visuals really interest me. Pretty bad actually.

Episode 1
So what can I say about this one. Well the story is about a boy called Natsuru Seno who wakes up one day to find he now has the ability to transform into a girl. He also has some sort of blue bracelet which I presume grants him this power. It would seem he has been chosen to join the ranks as a female psychic fighter called a "Kampher" The fact that he is a boy means nothing to these people as I already stated he's given the power to transform anyway. So he fights other girls which...and this is the funny part...can transform as well. Not from boys to girls. Oh no that would make sense. No the other 'Kampher's are in fact girls that can transform into other kinds of girls. The girl with the glasses in the above picture transforms into a foul mouthed red head with guns....not quite sure why she uses those when she's supposed to be part of a psychic fighting team but at this stage I was pretty brain dead about the whole storyline/plot/mess.

The Ending
Retarded looped dancing and risque pics of the various girls in the show. The song was better than the opening but still not very good.

Conclusion
Ugh! The fact that I watched the start and then skipped straight to the end makes it pretty clear I was bored with this one.
I dunno what to say. The main character is voiced by a girl...in both his genders which really makes no sense to me. I understand girls being used to voice small boys and such because when you're that age your voice is pretty high anyway but to get a girl to voice a 17 year old boy seems stupid to me. (I'm guessing his age. He's in high school so I presume he's around the 17 mark)

There are two main selling points for this anime. Yuri and girls fighting. If either of those two points tickle your fancy *Yo ho~* then by all means download the first episode and give it a go. BUT you'll regret it.
You have been warned.

I'm going to give this one 1.5 out of 5.
The battle sequences throughout the episode were kinda cool to watch but everything is was just painful and stupid...or painfully stupid.....or stupidly painful.
Take your pick.

Anime First Impressions!

Nyan Koi!

The Opening
Pretty fan service happy but I've seen worse.
I also actually quite like the song and I'll probably end up downloading it when the full version comes out.
The chorus is pretty catchy.

Episode 1
So we join Junpei Kosaka, a second year high school student (surprise surprise) who has a terrible allergy to cats. Naturally he hates being near them with a passion. One day while walking home from school he attempts to kick a can into a bin and misses. He instead knocks the head off of a local cat statue which is apparently the towns local guardian. The breaking of the statue results in him being cursed and he can now understand what cats say. To make matters worse he has to grant 100 cats wishes in order to break the curse or end up being turned into a cat himself.

Not exactly the most epic of storylines but this anime is a love comedy at heart. It's was pretty well animated but it's the first episode so I doubt it'll keep it's quality. The jokes were actually pretty funny. I found myself loling quite a lot during the show. Junpei is a pretty interesting character and has some pretty funny reactions to the terrible situations he's put in.

The Ending
The standard cast walking at the bottom with larged pictures floating above their heads kind of ending.
The song wasn't anything special either....

Conclusion
I actually enjoyed it and will probably watch the next episode. It's not really anything more than fluff to watch and have a laugh over.
I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5.
(It doesn't have potential but it's not like I'd regret watching more of it.)

Managed to get my hands on the Japanese demo of Metal Gear: Peacewalker this morning. For what I've seen of it so far it looks pretty damn good. Long winded cutscenes as usual but the in-game graphics look pretty sweet for a psp game. Going to play it more and hopefully try out the co-op play during lunch or play Project Diva. Lol there is no 'or' I will be playing Project Diva.

A diva on my doorstep.

I decided to buy it at the start of the month and after a long wait for paypal to transfer money and an actually quite short postage from Korea it has finally arrived.

Anyway I'm off to play 'World is Mine' on Normal mode.

It's just lucky I've finished all the Star Steal strips for the week :3

*First Impressions*
Love playing the songs on Hard Mode but the requirements for unlocking hard mode versions of the songs are pretty steep.

Graphics are awesome and while sometimes the framerate suffers a tiny little bit it's never enough to put your timings off.

Music's great and there's also an editor that allows you to import your own mp3s and create your own custom tracks. (Not tried it yet)

Production I.G is working on it so it will probably look amazing. It's about a misunderstood scary looking girl who meets a boy. Basically a slice of life comedy. The humour will be subtle and the series will no doubt try to pull on a few heart strings.

It's a harem anime that knows its a harem anime and takes the piss out of itself. There’s apparently tons of meta-humor and references to other series like Higurashi and Haruhi. If the humour is good enough I may end up watching it.

Hmm it's like a cross between Odin Sphere, Lemmings and something else.

The cutscene at the start looked awesome but the gameplay...meh. I can't see it holding my attention for very long.
